Overall, my stay at the resort was a mix of great experiences and some notable issues. The amenities were exceptional, and the grounds were beautiful, but the service was often lacking, especially at the front desk. While the room condition left much to be desired, I must say the water park was fantastic and provided a fun time for my family.

The resort offers beautiful grounds with numerous pools and stunning beaches, making for a picturesque vacation spot. However, the high cost of amenities, combined with subpar service and unruly children, detracted from the overall experience. While the check-in process was smooth despite long lines, the dining options were expensive and not ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

The initial charm quickly faded, overshadowed by service failures and a lack of management care. For the high cost, I expected a far better experience.
